MST3K worthy material. The film is so atrocious that its somehow entertaining in its awfulness. One standout element is the comically mysterious contraption that the villain obsesses over throughout the entire movie, only to reveal itself as a minuscule helicopter capable of precise aerial maneuvers and firing a machine gun with flawless stability.
