A motion picture beginning with a blank slate. Without any background knowledge, no established characters, no predetermined settings, and lacking specific themes, a film crew ventures into the hinterlands of Paraíba state in northeastern Brazil, seeking out individuals with untold tales. Within the village of São João do Rio do Peixe, they stumble upon Sítio Araçás, a rustic community consisting of 86 families, predominantly interconnected by familial ties. Assisted by a young girl from Araçás serving as a liaison, the inhabitants, amidst their everyday routines and interactions, gradually unveil their intricately woven narratives to the curious filmmakers.
